At this point if any repairs are required this can then be undertaken using, amongst other things MIG or TIG welding.

Finally,  using a dry finishing process called powder coating  in which particles of plastic powder are sprayed onto the item which is electro-statically charged which holds the powder in place until the item is heated up in the oven and the durable plastic melts on it evenly.

By sandwiching in a specific colour between the base and the laquer powder this produces a  high quality coating using almost any colour code.
